पहाड़ मैदान की चर्चा दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण-सुनील अरोड़ा
हरिद्वार, 7 नवम्बर। उत्तरांचल पंजाबी महासभा के सुनील अरोड़ा ने पहाड़ मैदान को लेकर हुई चर्चा को दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताया है। सुनील अरोड़ा ने कहा कि भाजपा विधायकों द्वारा प्रदेश की एकता भाईचारे को खंडित करने वाले बयान की जितनी भी निंदा की जाए उतना कम है। उन्होंने प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से अपील करते हुए कहा कि तत्काल प्रभाव से दोनों विधायकों को भाजपा पार्टी से निष्कासित करना चाहिए। मैदान पहाड़ की बात करने वाला राज्य का हितैषी नहीं हो सकता है। वर्षों से पहाड़ी मैदानी एक साथ राज्य की प्रगति में अपना योगदान देते चले आ रहे हैं। पर्वतीय एवं मैदानी लोगों के रिश्ते बहुत मजबूत है। इस तरह का बयान समाज के लिए अच्छा संकेत नहीं है। विधानसभा सत्र में राज्य के विकास की बात होनी चाहिए। सुनील अरोड़ा ने कहा कि विधायकों द्वारा दिया गया बयान गैरजिम्मेदाराना है। संकीर्ण मानसिकता के लोग राज्य के विकास में अड़चन पैदा कर रहे हैं। देश दुनिया में राज्य देवभूमि के नाम से जाना जाता है। पहाड़ी मैदानी की बात करना स्वार्थ की राजनीति को दर्शाता है। ऐसी बयानबाजी करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।
