सीवर कार्यदायी एजेंसी की लापरवाही से लोग हो रहे परेशान-कपिल शर्मा जौनसारी
हरिद्वार, 21 अक्तबूर। सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता कपिल शर्मा जौनसारी ने भूपतवाला क्षेत्र में सीवर लाईन बिछाने का कार्य कर रही संस्था पर लापरवाही का आरोप लगाया है। कपिल शर्मा जौनसारी ने कहा कि सीवर कार्यदायी संस्था ने उत्तरी हरिद्वार में जगह-जगह सड़कें खोद कर छोड़ दी हैं। कहीं सीवर के ढक्कन तोड़ दिए है तो कहीं बड़े-बड़े गढ्ढे खोदकर छोड़ दिए हैं। जिससे राहगीर चोटिल हो रहे हैं। स्कूली बच्चे भी परेशान हो रहे हैं। धूल मिट्टी की वजह से भी लोगों को भारी परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है। बीती रात कैलाश गली में सड़क के गढ्ढे में गिरकर एक यात्री गिरकर घायल हो गया।
कपिल जौनसारी ने कहा कि सीवर लाईन बिछा रही कार्यदायी संस्था बेहद लापरवाही से काम कर रही है। लापरवाही की वजह से स्थानीय लोगो और व्यापारियों के साथ बाहर से आने वाले यात्रीयों को भी समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। लेकिन कोई सुध लेने वाला नहीं है। उन्होंने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि यदि एजेंसी ने जल्द सुधार नहीं किया तो उग्र आंदोलन किया जाएगा। गगन खट्टर ने कहा कि जनता सीवर कार्य से खुश है। लेकिन एजेंसी द्वारा बरती जा रही लापरवाही से दुखी है। अयोग्य और अनुभवहीन एजेंसी एक जगह कार्य पूरा किए बिना ही जगह-जगह सड़कें खोद कर छोड़ रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि कई बार सीएम हेल्पलाइन पर भी शिकायत की गई। लेकिन समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ।
