योगनगरी ऋषिकेश राज्य आपदा प्रतिक्रिया बल (SDRF) द्वारा ऋषिकेश में गंगा नदी के जलस्तर में तेजी से हो रही वृद्धि को देखते हुए लोगों को किया जा रहा सतर्क।
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, कोटेश्वर डैम, टिहरी से पानी छोड़े जाने एवं पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में लगातार हो रही भारी वर्षा के कारण ऋषिकेश में गंगा नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ गया है। जिसको देखते हुए SDRF की ढलवाला टीम द्वारा सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से त्रिवेणी घाट, राम झूला सहित अन्य प्रमुख घाटों पर मौजूद लोगों को समय रहते सचेत किया जा रहा है।
टीम द्वारा स्थानीय नागरिकों एवं श्रद्धालुओं से अपील की गई कि वे गंगा नदी के किनारों से दूरी बनाए रखें तथा किसी भी प्रकार का जोखिम न उठाएँ। SDRF लगातार स्थिति पर नज़र बनाए हुए है और नदी किनारे निगरानी व्यवस्था को और अधिक सुदृढ़ कर दिया गया है।
एसडीआरएफ का स्पष्ट संदेश है कि जनता की सुरक्षा सर्वोपरि है। अतः सभी नागरिक प्रशासन एवं आपदा प्रबंधन टीम के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करें और किसी भी प्रकार की अफवाहों पर ध्यान न दें।
